Today, the sporelings of Sporeggar in Zangarmarsh hold their annual mushroom festival. Help them keep the great Fshoo alive as long as possible!

Fshoo will periodically spawn at the center of the town and become harder to heal over time due to Fshoo Grow. There are several items you can loot to heal up Fshoo:

• Sack of Healing Spores: Heal Fshoo for 570000 to 630000 over 10 sec. Channelled.
• Sporeggium: While in Sporeggar, increase healing done by 2%.
• Fungal Lifestalk: Instantly heal Fshoo by 5% of its total health.
• Rimecap: Instantly freeze Fshoo for 3 sec, preventing it from growing or taking damage.

You can also turn in Glowcap to buy these items from the Quartermaster.

• Sack of Healing Spores for 1 Glowcap
• Sporeggium for 10 Glowcap
• Fungal Lifestalk for 20 Glowcap
• Rimecap for 20 Glowcap

Eventually Fshoo will die; you can keep him alive longer by steady healing. Some useful tactics are to trade all the Sporeggium to your healers as it stacks up to 100 times (for 200% healing increase), and have DPS save Fungal Lifestalk and Rimecap for moments when healers are low on mana or behind. While Fshoo will spawn every 10 minutes, it is better to save up your consumables for one attempt, instead of constantly using a few on each, if you want to push and see how many stacks you can last for.

When he does die, you will be awarded Sporeggar. For every stack of Fshoo Grow present at the time of Fshoo’s death, you will be awarded 50 reputation. This is a great way to grind reputation and reach Exalted quickly.
